Lead Embedded Systems Engineer (RF/UAS) Secret Clearance
Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, and test firmware for RF-based threat detection and defeat subsystems. You will integrate microcontrollers, FPGAs, and Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) into low-SWaP C-UAS payloads.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-time firmware in C/C++ for custom embedded platforms.
- Integrate software-defined radar and RF signal processing pipelines into hardware payloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and lab validation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional embedded development experience.
- Strong understanding of RF architectures, software-defined radios, and hardware/software co-design.
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Senior Software Engineer - Multi-Sensor Fusion Secret Eligible
Position Overview
Join our team to develop high-performance tracking and sensor fusion algorithms. You will combine inputs from active radar arrays, EO/IR cameras, and RF direction-finding sensors to build a unified tactical command & control picture.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain multi-target tracking algorithms (Kalman filtering, track correlation).
- Implement secure, low-latency inter-process messaging protocols (such as Cursor on Target).
- Develop reliable software for edge compute environments running Linux.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of C++ and Python development experience in Linux environments.
- Solid mathematical foundation in coordinate systems, state estimation, and probability.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Principal C-UAS Systems Engineer TS/SCI Clearance
Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead the systems engineering lifecycle for our primary Counter-UAS platforms, representing our technical capability at customer test events and leading integrations with major defense partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition, interface control documents (ICDs), and requirements verification.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute live-fire/field test events at military test ranges.
- Author engineering reports, test plans, and acquisition documentation (CDRLs).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience in electronic warfare, radar, or aerospace.
- Proven track record leading field testing and direct government program office coordination.
- Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
